All Cream Update: August 2022

Alright friends, we know you’ve been waiting for the re-release of All Cream.

Thank you SO MUCH for your patience!

After some serious soul searching, following the twists and turns of the formulation journey, and diving deep into customer trial and feedback, we’ve decided that we will be staying with our original All Cream formula.

Here’s why:

We created 20 alternative formulas and after personal trials with top customers, 95% of folks preferred the original. In hindsight, we would not have removed All Cream based on a few separated batches, but we thought we could make the product more shelf stable without changing the product too much.

We were wrong. Part of what makes All Cream so great is its simple recipe.

From here, we think better educating our customers on how to care for All Cream will help her shine like the star she is.

At the same time, we are implementing new and improved production techniques to make All Cream the best it can be, at larger volumes.

So now, every All Cream will don a ‘Perishable Potion’ label to educate staff and customers alike.

Now, we realize the OG All Cream is not for everyone.

If the nature of All Cream was a problem for you in your shop, we have a couple options:

Aloe Lotion is an EXCELLENT alternative product that while still being a very simple and hydrating potion, is not as sensitive to temperature fluctuation.
Time your order outside of extreme temperature windows of summer and winter
Don’t carry All Cream, we have hella low maintenance products to choose from

The Good News:

We have seen an overwhelming demand for the OG All Cream, and from what we have heard from shops we work with, they have too.

We believe your customers will be excited to have this product back as it was.

All Cream’s truth:

I am a perishable potion, akin to food.

Keep me out of direct sun and high heat.

If separation occurs, no prob! Simply stir me up.

Keep me in the fridge for more mileage, and skin cooling delight.

Our priority is to maintain the small batch, hand made integrity of our products as Fat and the Moon grows, which presents unique challenges. This reformulation process has been a reevaluation of our core values, and is centered on feedback from our long time and loyal customers.
