Once your order is placed, you have 5 days to make any edits or cancel your order. After 5 days, since the witches have already started to brew your potions, your order is not able to be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Fat and the Moon is made fresh to order, so please allow a variable three week lead time (21-25 days) from the date your order was placed. From the beginning of October through December, expect a lead time of up to four weeks due to the holiday season. 

The cost of shipping varies according to the weight of your order and location. International customers: we are not responsible for payment of duties and taxes, please bear this in mind when placing your orders!

Yes! For domestic orders over $750, we cover the cost of shipping.

We do not typically offer this service, but for stockists in a pinch after the initial order placement, a $20 fee will be applied for every day the order is pushed up the production schedule.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The shelf life varies product to product, but we typically encourage people to use their goods within 6 months to a year of purchase for the most optimal experience!
